A human reads every email

Your request goes to the five closest available pros in your trade, each with a countdown. The first to accept is your match; everyone else is released automatically. If three waves pass with no taker, we say so and offer a wider retry.

Long-press any chat message, or use the ⋯ menu on your matched pro's card, and choose Report. Blocking is right next to it — a blocked pair is never matched again. Reports are reviewed by a human.

Inside the app: Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and complete — profile, photos, messages, and reviews are deleted; completed jobs remain in the other party's history with all of your personal details removed. No email required, no support call.

In plain language, at /privacy. The short version: we collect what dispatch needs, share it only with the person you're matched with, and delete it when you say so.

Three usual causes: you're toggled Offline (the dashboard switch), the job is outside your service radius, or notifications are off in iOS Settings. If you ignored several offers in a row, Pronto pauses new ones until you go online again — flip the switch and you're back.

They don't. Declining is instant and penalty-free, always. Only ignoring offers until they expire — repeatedly — lowers your dispatch standing, and going back online resets the streak.

Settings → Pricing → Manage subscription opens your Stripe billing portal. Cancel anytime; you keep Pro through the period you've paid for. Your account and history are unaffected.

From the job card's ⋯ menu or by long-pressing a chat message. Blocking guarantees you're never dispatched to each other again, in either direction.
